Plan, design, and execute test cases and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, load, black-box).
Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests (automation scripts / regression suites).
Create and organize test data sets for different scenarios, boundary conditions, and exceptions.
Log, detail, and track defects in test/issue management tools.
Monitor systems and applications, identifying failures, inconsistencies, and abnormal behavior.
Analyze and validate business and development requirements, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
Serve as a subject-matter reference for a product/pillar, understanding business rules, variations, and integrations.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (dailies, planning, review, refinement), presenting status and blockers.
Collaborate with Development, Business, PMO, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams.
Document test results and evidence in clear, traceable reports.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related Technology fields.
Intermediate English.
Proven experience in manual and automated testing.
Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Experience analyzing and validating requirements in collaboration with business and development teams.
