Analyze and underwrite complex Surety (Guarantee) insurance risks (construction projects, infrastructure, large contracts)
Prepare large-risk quotations aligned with technical and commercial guidelines and authorization limits
Conduct detailed analysis of contracts, legal proceedings and risk documents to determine acceptance or declination
Serve as the technical reference for the Surety product, supporting analysts and standardizing underwriting practices
Support the Commercial area and brokers by providing technical guidance on products, coverages and contractual clauses
Negotiate coinsurance and facultative reinsurance, including communication with reinsurers in English
Review risk inspection reports and technical recommendations to support underwriting decisions
Attend external meetings, broker/client visits and occasional business travel throughout the year
Monitor the technical and commercial performance of the portfolio, producing periodic analyses and reports.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Strong experience in Surety (Guarantee) Insurance, preferably at an insurance company
Proven experience analyzing structured and complex surety risks
Experience working with brokers, including client servicing and technical negotiations
Intermediate English for communication with reinsurers in facultative transactions
Availability for visits and travel to partner brokers
