Relationship Management: Multichannel service (phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person) to listen to requests, resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prospecting and Business Development: Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients, assist in contract negotiation and adjustments, and participate in strategic meetings.
Operational and Technical Support: Assist in the analysis of databases and mandatory documents (ANS requirements), actively support the implementation of plans at client companies and resolve requests, such as issuing membership cards.
Field Presence: Conduct client visits, presentations and on-site activities to present our products, answer questions and convey confidence and transparency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics or related fields.
Prior experience in the Supplementary Health sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
