Lead the end-to-end delivery of large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project success.
Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and escalation of issues.
Conduct regular project reviews to ensure adherence to best practices including Microsoft Success by Design and project governance standards.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack and Engineering teams to gain deep product insights along with supporting customer solution design reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience managing large and complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects
Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies such as Azure and Power Platform
Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources
