About this role
Role Overview
- Provide support in responding to employees and managers, assisting with clarifying questions and directing requests;
- Assist with entering and updating employee registration information in internal systems;
- Contribute to the control, organization, and filing of personnel documents (physical and digital);
- Support data entry and maintenance in the TOTVS (HCM) system;
- Assist in handling employee requests through the ticketing tool (Qualitor);
- Support the organization and verification of labor-related documents.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program, preferably in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of personnel administration activities (onboarding and attendance control);
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation (employment law);
- Familiarity with the Qualitor and TOTVS systems, and Excel.
