Provide technical pre-sales support for designing, developing, and adopting complex offerings and solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and assist technology stakeholders in setting and delivering on expectations
Identify customer initiatives and challenges and align customer needs with Red Hat solutions
Help define the account strategy in collaboration with broader account teams
Build and maintain C-level relationships with Red Hat customers and strategic partners
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working in enterprise application architecture
Experience in customer-facing technical pre-sales roles
Deep understanding of and experience with multi-tier architectures, microservices, cloud-native application architecture, AI use cases, MLOps, or IT security
Excellent communication skills in English and German
