- Experience navigating tradeoffs between flexibility, scalability, usability, and reliability
- Ability to articulate product vision to various audiences
- Respect for expertise and insights from collaborators
- Drive to understand customer needs and solve their problems
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for growing healthy teams and leaders
- Ability to make decisions and iterate without perfect information
