Provide guidance to client stakeholders on purchasing steps, preferred suppliers, and best practices.
Contribute to improving sourcing processes, workflows, and cycle times.
Support the adoption of digital procurement tools, AI-enabled solutions, and automation.
Maintain a “first time right” mindset in all sourcing activities.
Work closely with senior sourcers and category managers, learning from experienced colleagues every day.
Share insights and contribute to a collaborative team culture across Chain IQ’s global organization.

5+ years procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supplier management is an advantage — but motivated young talents are also welcome.
Alternatively, several years of purchasing experience and interest in joining a modern, digital procurement environment.
Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with suppliers.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret purchasing needs.
High level of accuracy and ownership in managing tasks.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
