Develop a clear structure, intuitive navigation, and a content strategy that delivers a user-friendly, fully searchable hub aligned to Finance and business requirements.
Content Audit and Migration
Review existing SharePoint content, identify gaps and redundancies, and migrate only accurate, relevant, and up ‑ to ‑ date information into the new platform.
Integrate AI Functionality
Ensure the hub is optimised for CenAI interrogation, enabling intuitive search, retrieval, and use of Finance information.
Develop Governance and Maintenance Framework
Establish robust processes for content ownership, updates, and quality assurance to ensure the hub remains accurate, sustainable, and well ‑ maintained beyond initial launch.
Collaborate with Stakeholders
Work closely with Finance teams, GPOs, Transformation colleagues, Change & Engage, and Technology teams to gather requirements and ensure the hub supports the needs of all work packages.
Enable Future Expansion
Design the hub with scalability in mind, allowing for new functionality, content types, and enhancements as Finance Transformation continues.
Requirements
Experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or digital platform development within a corporate environment.
A proven track record of designing and implementing new systems, frameworks, or digital solutions from the ground up.
Understanding of Finance processes and policies, including reporting, planning, and compliance.
Degree in Finance, Business, Information Management, or related discipline is desirable.
Experience or certification in knowledge management or digital content strategy would be advantageous.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.
Strong grasp of knowledge management principles, content architecture, and digital platforms.
Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and support change initiatives.
Expertise in SharePoint or similar platforms, with the ability to design intuitive structures and navigation.
Awareness of AI integration and search optimisation techniques.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to deliver to timelines and budget.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to work across diverse teams.
