Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements.
Evaluate effectiveness of IT controls to ensure they adequately mitigate risks and comply with requirements. This includes controls related to access management, change management, incident response and service management.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance processes and controls to provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Identify and recommend process improvements to promptly resolve reoccurring problems with technical and business leads.
Report barriers to resolution of Incidents, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management by identifying and addressing underlying problems with technical and business leads.
Participate in incident response activities by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and holding corrective actions reviews to prevent future occurrences.
Participating in the change management process by assessing the impact of proposed changes on IT governance policies, procedures and controls ensuring that changes are implemented in a controlled manner.
Develop, maintain, lead and communicate Major Incident Management processes, and delivery.

Requirements
Associate’s degree in the field of computer science or equivalent work experience required.
