About this role
Role Overview
- To manage and ensure the execution of the construction projects under his/her responsibility (infrastructures, buildings, hangars, industrial areas, etc.) either being a new construction or the refurbishment of an existing building, requested by internal or external customers, all along the different phases of the project, achieving its milestones in time, cost and quality.
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level (EQF7) in Industrial or Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
- Experience in Project Management, special focus on construction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- English: Negotiation level
- Spanish: Negotiation level
