Own the "Ideation" phase of the CMO Stage Gating process and build robust business cases
Drive the roadmap to ensure alignment between sales quotes and initial invoice
Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch and analysis
Use data to prioritize workstreams and analyze billing impact
Act as the "connective tissue" between Marketing, Product, and IT
Execute Horizon 1 "Quick Wins" while building justification for mid and long-term fixes
Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategy and marketing managers

5+ years in Strategy, Management Consulting, Financial Analysis, or Project Management
Experience in Telecommunications (Wireless/Wireline) is highly preferred
A proven ability to build "bankable" business cases
Comfortable navigating large datasets to extract financial insights
Foundational understanding of billing architectures, provisioning logic, and the regulatory landscape (CCTS and CSA requirements)
A track record of moving an organization from reactive "fire-fighting" mode to proactive, strategy-first approach
Exceptional storytelling skills to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences
Deep knowledge of project management methodologies
