Prepare action plans for effective identification of root cause of customer process issues.
Provide timely commercial feedback to team members and management
Create and conduct customer technical presentations and reports.
Identify commercial opportunities through awareness of customers' quality and engineering difficulties.
Performs regular health checks and process audits for various production processes at customer sites, generates reports and reviews with end users
Assists with regular lab testing functions/analysis with customer lab personnel and provides training when necessary on best practice functions, tests and analysis.
Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment and or process problems and provides hands-on support to correct problems and optimize customer manufacturing processes.
Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies.
May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
Coordinates daily activities with territory Account Manager and Business Director
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or relevant industry
Strong understanding of chemistry and chemical interaction within the PCB manufacturing process
Strong track record of navigating technically through complex organizations
Six Sigma knowledge would be good but not required, company training available
