Minimum 5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong background in the Microsoft technology stack
Solid experience with C# and modern .NET (.NET 6/7/8)
Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks ( e.g. TypeScript, Angular/React, REST APIs)
Experience working with MS SQL Server and relational database design
Familiarity with cloud-ready and service-oriented architectures
Experience working in full-stack environments covering backend services, APIs, and modern web clients
Ability to work independently in a distributed international development team
Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, and pragmatic engineering solutions
