The Systems Analyst is responsible for providing support to all our cloud computing needs, including lead, support and monitor infrastructure within public and private cloud environments.
Work with key stakeholders in solving operation problems through analyzing workflows, gathering requirements, defining alternatives, recommending and implementing solutions.
Installs and maintains cloud-based applications, systems, and associated on-prem infrastructures.
Script and automate routine tasks on Azure/AWS components.
Develop documentation, user manuals, and policy and procedure information for AWS/Azure/on-prem architecture.
Working in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most efficient cloud-based solutions.
Leading cloud and on-prem environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Deploying and debugging cloud and on-prem initiatives as needed in accordance with standard methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as the need arises.
Using your extensive knowledge of APIs to craft RESTful services, and integrate them with existing data providers, using JSON or XML as needed.
Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company.
Stay ahead of with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
Lead and develop standard methodologies for cloud and systems Infrastructure team.
Will participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as part of a team supporting various applications.
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases\scripts for various applications upgrades or implementations.
Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols.
Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
Requirements
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable.
Equivalent combination of experience, education and training will be considered.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
One (1) to two (2) years' experience in a Cloud Dev Ops, system role or related position.
One (1) to three (2) years' experience in developing software using languages such as Python, C++.
Azure Certification is a plus.
Healthcare IT experience is preferred but not required.
