You will acquire construction companies and their suppliers for our SaaS solution: the digital delivery note for the construction industry.
As part of our sales team, you will handle the initial outreach to potential customers—primarily by phone (cold calling)—laying the foundation for our sales process.
You will identify new business opportunities, independently qualify leads, and build long-term relationships with heads of procurement, digitalization leads, and commercial decision-makers.
You will work with HubSpot: manage your sales funnel, document your activities, and analyze your results.
You will actively contribute your experience and ideas to the team and support the further development of our sales approaches and market positioning.
Requirements
Whether you are an entry-level candidate or already have sales experience, we are looking for ambitious talent who want to make an impact.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in reaching out to and persuading new contacts directly.
Initiative, result orientation, and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot is a plus.
Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (C1).
Willingness to work regularly (2–3 days per week) from our Munich office.
