Ensuring global six-sigma raw material availability to deliver 98% on-time performance to customers via operational buying, continuous improvement, and vendor management.
Daily management of demands from 6 manufacturing plants in EAME and making the purchases to replenish stock including monitoring, follow-up including inbound deliveries and resolving raw material shortages.
Liaise with the Local Supply chain planners / site supply chain managers to ensure a smooth and aligned day-to-day planning process.
Together with the procurement department, work with vendors to improve processes and performance. E.g. delivery schedules, mutual process improvement.
Optimization and continuous improvement of raw material availability, global inventory days, inventory write-off and obsolete/slow moving inventory.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives as the accountable person for Taste raw material planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sciences or equivalent work experience.
At least 4 years of experiences in planning, buying, or operations.
Hands‑on experience with SAP IBP (order‑based planning/Excel add‑in) or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 master data familiarity preferred.
Strong analytical skills: adept at scenario modeling and exception‑based planning.
