Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance and regulations.
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping program to maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition.
Requirements
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry required
Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry and housekeeping procedures
Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
