About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, including C-Suite executives
Serve as a strategic advisor, guiding the development of IT roadmaps and investment strategies
Analyze and map business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement
Oversee the IT demand management process, ensuring efficient decision making about project intake and prioritization
Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT Business Partners and Analysts
Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring effective communication and alignment
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and industry trends to transform business operations
Requirements
10+ years in leadership roles within IT, business relationship management or Project management
5+ years of management of teams preferred
Proven track record of optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency and alignment with IT capabilities
Experience collaborating with senior executives, including Presidents and C-Suite leaders
Extensive background in IT demand management, business analysis, strategic planning, and program management
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., BRM, MBRM , Six Sigma, BPM) are highly desirable
