Lead and coordinate build activities throughout the project, keeping the client and project stakeholders informed of progress.
Recommend best practices for the consumer goods industry.
Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities.
Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce innovations, trends, and developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.
Mentor other team members.
Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and continuously produce reports to improve proficiency.
Lead internal initiatives and innovation tasks.
Participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry.
At least 4 years of experience on Salesforce projects delivering and/or leading implementations.
Minimum of 2 years of experience on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.
Proven functional requirements gathering experience for at least 4 years.
Experience in pre-sales activities is required.
Previous experience leading IT projects is required.
Salesforce certifications are required.
Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows.
Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of Consumer Goods Cloud is preferred.
Understanding of the REX Offline application is a plus.
Experience with process re-engineering and managing client expectations.
Experience with project management and change management is a plus.
Proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
