Serve as the technical reference (Tech Lead) for network projects, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
Provide technical leadership for the implementation, evolution, and maintenance of network solutions, with a focus on Fortinet and Aruba.
Support the technical team in resolving high-complexity incidents, guiding best practices and critical decisions.
Contribute to the design, review, and evolution of network architectures, ensuring security, availability, and performance.
Operate in corporate and mission-critical environments with an analytical, calm, and results-oriented approach.
Support technical standardization, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure processes.
Work collaboratively with Commercial, Telecom, and Project teams, providing technical support in pre-sales meetings, proposal development, and strategic alignments.
Facilitate communication across areas, ensuring clarity, technical alignment, and operational flow.
Flexibly shift between strategic, tactical, and operational activities according to project and team needs.

Solid experience in networking, working in corporate or mission-critical environments.
Experience equivalent to a Senior Network Engineer (minimum 4 years), which may come from roles such as Network Engineer, Senior Network Analyst, Network Specialist, or Senior Network Technician with strong hands-on experience.
Proficiency with Fortinet solutions, with NSE4 certification (does not need to be current).
Ability to provide technical leadership, make decisions, and support the team during complex incidents.
Good communication skills and a consultative approach, with the ability to interact with internal teams and clients.
Intermediate English (reading and writing).
Experience in critical or large-scale environments.
Experience in complex network infrastructure projects.
Experience or complementary knowledge in Cybersecurity.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Networking, Telecom, Computer Science, Systems).
Certifications considered a plus: Aruba Certified, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL or equivalents.
