Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation, including NDAs, POAs, meeting minutes, and sales, framework, sourcing and distribution agreements
Prepare and maintain legal templates, presentations, tools and documentation, and deliver legal trainings to strengthen legal processes across the organization
Support and handle legal and compliance projects and manage disputes
Address matters related to corporate governance, data privacy, financing, competition law and technology/data-related legal issues, among others
Requirements
Master of Laws (or equivalent)
Prior international exposure and experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is an advantage
Proactive attitude and ability to take initiatives
Good interpersonal skills, collaborative, detailed-oriented and quick learner
Fluent in Finnish and English
Knowledge of additional languages (Swedish, German, Spanish, French) is an advantage
