Work closely with the marketing team, transforming analytical insights into high-performing creative ideas for animations and motion design;
Independently create and optimize short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, Google, and other major platforms;
Take ownership of the full creative process — from idea to final export;
Develop and test strong hooks (the first 3 seconds of a video) to maximize viewer retention;
Edit, crop, and adapt videos for different formats (Stories, Feeds, Ads);
Ensure all creatives meet platform technical requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, duration);
Follow brand guidelines and platform policies;
Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas that improve performance.

2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
Strong proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Media Encoder
Strong communication skills and ability to listen
Understanding of TikTok trends and ability to apply them in video creatives
Ability to find relevant assets and materials for videos
Knowledge of composition and color theory
Ability to independently create and improve creatives
Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian (spoken and written).
