About this role
Role Overview
Own and exceed performance targets (KPIs) across an assigned territory
Identify, prospect, and engage new hotel and hospitality partners through research, outreach, and networking
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, including independent properties and regional chains
Clearly communicate value propositions through calls, email, and in-person meetings
Drive new market launches by sourcing supply and coordinating cross-functional efforts
Support onboarding and activation of new partners to ensure successful launch
Develop scalable strategies to grow inventory and improve partner performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize operations and partner success
Requirements
6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (startup or tech preferred)
Hospitality, travel, or marketplace experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and consistently meet or exceed targets
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term planning
Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
