Corporate Controlling: You develop and manage our group-wide planning guidelines and, by defining high-quality reporting packages, lay the foundation for smooth operations and targeted analyses.
Stakeholder Reporting: You support the monthly preparation of our Group Reporting and ensure transparency and quality.
You are the central contact for our committee communications and provide precise decision-making materials.
Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Management: You prepare plans and forecasts for the balance sheet, cash flow and working capital — central to our financial stability and growth strategy.
M&A Controlling: You support acquisitions, perform data analyses, ensure smooth data uploads and conduct content reviews of target companies in an international environment. You identify and analyze performance components and prepare decision models.
Internal Reporting & Business Partnering: You produce performance-oriented analyses for our core markets, sales channels and brands, act as a data-driven sparring partner for management and brand teams, and support month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting as a central business partner.
TM1 Development & Process Automation: You support the further development of our Planning Analytics system (IBM PA / TM1) and ensure our processes are scalable, efficient and data-secure. You drive process automation, AI-supported processes and financial analyses, thereby unlocking cross-functional synergies.
Requirements
Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance and/or controlling, or a comparable qualification
5+ years of experience in Corporate Controlling, Group Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis; knowledge of consolidation, group reporting and planning
Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and business-related interdependencies
Digital native with knowledge of OLAP databases (ideally IBM TM1/PA) or the motivation to gain deep expertise in this area
Enjoys cross-functional collaboration in an international environment within a matrix organization
High quality standards, proactivity and a desire to continuously improve processes
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, solution-oriented hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills and team spirit
