The Senior Metrics Analyst works directly with the Intelligence and Insights team and supports the work to understand, interpret, and provide guidance on metrics and analytics.
Perform the majority of the data loading, manipulation, reporting and dashboarding work within the Intelligence and Insights team.
Produce metrics reports used to enable the business to make decisions based upon key performance indicators.
Respond to ad hoc requests by understanding the requirements and ensuring the timelines are adhered.
Review, analyze, and report the work of peer group to ensure the team signs-off a quality product to the stakeholders.
Supports process improvement and analytics development initiatives.
Provides insight into analytic measures and supports development of new and creative solutions.
Requirements
University/college degree from an appropriately accredited institution.
Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience, ideally within a Clinical Research environment.
Strong experience of working with PowerBI, Power Apps, MS Excel, Macros, SharePoint, Other MS Office tools.
Basic programming skills a plus, but not required.
SQL a plus.
Ability to gather and manage data, analyze and providing insight.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not necessary.
