Role Overview
- Solicit, understand, and document customer and product team’s business requirements
- Develop written requirements and process flows
- Work with developers to create functional specifications
- Serve as a subject matter expert to the developers
- Collaborate with QA team to test developed functionality
- Conduct training as needed
- Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
- Write and maintain manuals, guides, and online Help for users
- Perform product demonstrations to current and prospective clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity
- Experience with all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle
- Experience with several different project management methodologies for gathering requirements
- Experience with MS SQL
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook
