Requirements
- 8-10 years of hands-on technology experience
- leading a team of 3
- 6 members
- working with global stakeholders
- software development experience
- hands-on experience in Pro*C, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle SQL, UNIX (Solaris), and C-Shell
- experience in JAVA/J2EE programming, web services, Spring boot, Agile/ Scrum methodology, and PERL programming is desired
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience
- enthusiasm to work and learn in a team environment
- led a team of 3-6 team members working on the above technologies
- design experience and troubleshooting skills on core/backend systems
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience working with global stakeholders
