Role Overview
- Providing support for our group medical underwriters
- Analyzing and managing medical underwriting requests
- Preparing documentation, administering operational practices including invoicing
- Managing information systems and communicating with customers
- Interacting on the phone with clients, physicians and other departments
- Using various technologies and demonstrating exceptional administration skills
Requirements
- You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration, customer service or other relevant experience
- You are a good communicator – through email, letter and phone, you are clear and concise
- Whatever it takes attitude, you like a new challenge every day
- You thrive in an environment of change
- You can multitask and navigate between multiple software applications simultaneously
- A medical or insurance background would be a bonus
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
