Own Canva’s product and localization strategy in Indonesia.
Contribute to the product roadmap for Indonesia, including feature launches, payment methods, authentication methods, and other market specific capabilities.
Analyse the active user and subscription funnels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Evaluate and adapt global messaging, campaigns, and product experiences to resonate with Indonesian users.
Provide cultural insights and strategic guidance to global product, marketing, and content teams.
Work closely with linguists, translators, and local partners to ensure clarity, tone, and cultural nuance across all Indonesian language experiences.
Partner with the Indonesian Language Manager to develop language style guides, tone of voice, and localization best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product and localisation within a high-growth SaaS or product-led company.
A deep understanding of Indonesia’s digital ecosystem, cultural nuances, and consumer behaviour.
Strong analytical skills and know how to measure, interpret, and optimise funnel performance to drive meaningful impact.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across product, marketing, content, and regional specialty teams.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
