Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- At least 4 years in a Principal or Lead Architect role
- Extensive experience in high-level system design
- Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and AWS
- Familiarity with the evolving 'Agentic' tech stack
- Ability to articulate a multi-year technical roadmap
- Hands-on experience with critical bottlenecks
