Senior QA Engineer – Nightshift

Role Overview

• The QA Engineer Level III (Senior) is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications through a combination of manual testing and test automation, with a strong emphasis on backend systems, APIs, and data validation.
• This role requires hands-on involvement across functional, integration, and non-functional testing activities while working closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
• Learns and maintains knowledge of the business applications for the products being tested.
• Follows software testing corporate standards.
• Keeps stakeholders updated with testing status.
• Creates test scenarios and test cases.
• Performs test planning activities as required.
• Creates and modifies automated test scripts.
• Executes test cases and records results in Jira.
• Validate business logic, service integrations, and end-to-end data flows across applications.
• Collaborate with developers, BSAs, and product owners to review requirements, define acceptance criteria, and create effective test strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of QA experience, with a strong balance of manual testing and automation, and solid backend/API exposure.
