Role Overview
- Overall management of service delivery to our Regional Queensland Guarding sector Clients
- Regular regional travel within Queensland
- Identifying and converting revenue growth opportunities with existing Clients and assisting with identifying new Client leads
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within your team and stakeholders
- Drive cost efficiencies within the Client profile
- Construction and preparation of monthly and quarterly Clientele reporting
Requirements
- Prior security industry experience and working knowledge of guarding regulations and standards
- Exposure/understanding in rostering

- Extensive experience in leadership and team management
- Business development experience

- Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards/Agreements
- Proven experience dealing with client contracts and/or tender submissions, including financial acumen
- Certificate II or higher in Security operations (Desirable)
- Current QLD Security Licence (Desirable)
- Current Drivers Licence
