Senior Consultant – IT Advisory, Digital Strategy

Role Overview

• Develop and implement innovative IT strategies that transform business and IT processes
• Advise clients on technology trends such as AI
• Assume interim leadership roles in IT
• Lead complex consulting projects from concept through implementation
• Plan resources, manage budgets, and ensure efficient time management
• Build long-term client relationships and proactively identify business opportunities
• Conduct market analyses, identify trends, and present findings to stakeholders and clients
• Prepare presentations and workshops, deliver training, and share best practices

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT organization and technical consulting
• Strong analytical skills and experience in process and data analysis
• Certifications in COBIT, TOGAF, SAFe, Lean, or ITIL are a plus but not required
• Leadership experience and talent development
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong communication skills in German
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
