Requirements

- independently process payroll from end to end
- monitor and manage ticket queues using BI tools
- use the hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing
- understand and interpret a payslip
- follow the payroll calendar
- identify deviations from service standards
- handle sensitive and confidential information
- produce and understand payroll reports
- review and validate data for accuracy
- respond to payroll related questions
- support and execute SOC1 Controls
- maintain defined work instructions
- perform transactions with third parties
- provide knowledge transfers to peers
- support Root Cause Analysis process
- support system maintenance testing
- maintain current knowledge of legislation requirements
