The Deal Management team provides a seamless experience to the brokerage community within Cushman & Wakefield’s Advisory business, primarily focused on the post-close transaction process.
The Transaction Accountant role will specialize in transactional accounting aspects within the Deal Management workflow and will partner closely with Corporate Controllership, Regional Operations, Deal Desk team, Market Operations, and Advisory Fee Earners.
Complete review of Advisory transactions and adjustments with designated threshold verifying that all necessary documentation is present, current, and fully executed.
Ensure commissions are accurately calculated, input, and reflected in the system, and that payment terms are captured properly.
Collaborate to address all recalled or rejected transactions and meet KPIs and SLAs related to transaction processing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in deal management, accounting, finance, commercial real estate, or a comparable combination of education and experience
Basic to Intermediate Excel skills
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
Proficiency in Workday, Salesforce & PowerBI
Strong organizational and time management skills
