Junior Communication Analyst – People with Disabilities (PwD)

Role Overview

• Produce written content for various internal channels (news updates, announcements, notices, Teams messages, and executive communications)
• Create and edit visual materials such as banners, presentations (PowerPoint), and layouts
• Support and coordinate internal events (e.g., town halls), including invitations, scripts, communications, and organization
• Perform basic video editing for internal communications
• Manage and update internal communication channels
• Organize incoming requests, maintain the communication roadmap, and prioritize activities
• Collaborate with Marketing teams and related areas
• Assist in interpreting basic communication metrics (views, reach, and engagement)

Requirements

• Higher education (currently enrolled or completed)
• Previous experience in communications (including internships and/or a portfolio)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with CapCut and Microsoft tools for video editing
• Familiarity with communication channels and tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Forms
• Knowledge of Figma
• Basic HTML knowledge for adjustments in newsletters or internal pages
• Experience managing communication metrics
• Experience organizing internal events and working with structured communication routines
• Understanding of storytelling and content structuring
