Manage the offer process — sending new hire documentation, including offer letters and documentation checklists
Register new hires in the ADP system, verifying required documentation, tracking pre-employment medical exams, and ensuring accurate updates to employee records
Ensure the new hire completes all required onboarding documentation accurately and efficiently, and communicate with internal and external teams throughout the process
Manage and organize the onboarding process, including requesting IT access, badges, and managing inventory of onboarding kits
Process and control benefits-related entries, verifying amounts, eligibility, and correct cost center allocation
Support internal job changes, ensuring correct updates to job title, department, and cost center in the system
Prepare control spreadsheets and operational reports for the area, ensuring organization, traceability, and reliability of information
Support compliance with legal deadlines related to new hires
Support internal audit processes by providing information and documentation related to personnel routines
Coordinate with recruitment teams in the business areas to ensure they are prepared for interviews
Participate in continuous improvement projects for onboarding processes
Requirements
Availability to work onsite in São Paulo (Berrini) three times per week
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, or related fields
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Knowledge of HR/Personnel processes (onboarding)
Prior experience identifying continuous process improvements
