Act as the primary client-facing lead; manage expectations, trust, and communication
Own end-to-end delivery across the program, maintaining full visibility into technical and business workstreams
Define and evolve delivery structure, processes, tracking, and reporting
Coordinate internal teams (architects, engineers, analysts) and align priorities as they change
Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery trade-offs
Establish and maintain delivery structure: planning, tracking, reporting, governance
Partner with another PM to ensure full role backup and continuity
Support backlog planning, grooming, and delivery sequencing with Product and Tech leads
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes based on client feedback
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar delivery role
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated success delivering in fast-changing or startup-like environments
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technical projects
Experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains (minimum 1 year; 2+ years preferred)
Experience working in outsourcing delivery models (client-side or vendor/subcontractor)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
Comfort working in a startup-style environment with evolving responsibilities
Experience managing remote and international project teams
Ability to understand commercial and business needs and work with multiple stakeholders
