About this role
Role Overview
- Deliver power system studies including GPS, system strength, power quality and transmission/distribution planning
- Develop and validate RMS and EMT models for inverter-based generation
- Support registration, GPS compliance and commissioning activities with government authorities and network service providers
- Undertake harmonic and interaction assessments
- Prepare technical reports and client documentation
- Regular use of PSS®E and PSCAD/EMTDC
- Support EMT and dynamic simulation workflows
- Build your technical depth and project leadership capability
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in power system studies
- Experience in NEM grid connections and inverter-based generation
- Working proficiency in PSS®E and PSCAD
- Strong technical foundation and desire to progress into leadership
