Own and develop Gubbe’s internal and external tools across the full stack (frontend, backend, and cloud)
Build user-friendly interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind
Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and PostgreSQL databases
Take responsibility for architecture, deployments, and overall code quality
Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and continuously improve the product
Identify opportunities to improve and automate systems and processes

Proven experience in full-stack development
Experience designing and maintaining relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with AWS in a production environment
Experience building APIs and integrations between systems
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive work forward
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Working proficiency in Finnish and English
Ability to commute at least two days a week to the office in downtown Helsinki (fully remote is not possible)
