Provide consultative support to customers calling in to explore health insurance options
Qualify callers, assess their needs, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable
Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process

Active resident Health Insurance Producer License
Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses if required (fees covered by BroadPath/Sagility)
High School Diploma or equivalent
6+ months of experience in a call center or similar structured work environment
6+ months of consultative sales experience
Ability to sit for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and productivity in a remote work environment
Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Ability to confidently assume the sale and guide the conversation toward a successful close

Training completion bonus for those with 95% or higher attendance during training, and 100% attendance first week of production
