About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests
- Create and maintain test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6
- Monitor system metrics and analyze test results to identify bottlenecks
- Work with engineering teams to recommend performance improvements
- Document findings and provide clear performance reports for stakeholders
- Support integration of performance testing into CI/CD processes
Requirements
- 11+ years’ experience in performance and load testing
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Understanding of web applications, APIs, and cloud environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana)
- Knowledge of database performance testing
- Background in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
