Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support analytics and decision-making across the organization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create, optimize, and manage data models, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and reliability.
Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
Apply industry best practices in data visualization to produce intuitive, user-friendly dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tableau dashboards, data connections, and performance.
Stay current with Tableau updates and industry trends, continuously improving visualization capabilities.
Provide training and end-user support to maximize adoption and effective use of Tableau products.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure accurate and efficient data integration.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of Tableau best practices and standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar BI/data visualization role.
Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
