Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide outpatient therapy for a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, trauma, SUD, and mood disorders
Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources

Active LCSW or LPC license in Oregon (required)
Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
