Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting user issues and providing ongoing training to staff and "super users" on Vantagepoint modules
Manage complex accounting tasks including monthly accruals, intercompany billing, and revenue recognition methods
Research budget variances and develop custom reports or dashboards to provide leadership with actionable data and project insights via Vantagepoint and Microsoft Excel
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance
Oversee system upgrades and performance optimization, ensuring the environment remains scalable and reliable

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or work experience
5+ years of experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
Deep understanding of project-based accounting (GAAP and FAR standards)
Proficiency in developing SQL-based reports and utilizing advanced Excel for data analysis
Experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Deltek Vantagepoint Accounting or Master Certification is highly preferred
