Play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Responsible for maintaining and providing continual service improvements across a wide range of already implemented ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Agile Development, Discovery, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response
Collaborate with cross-functional teams from all regions of the world
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
Participate and/or lead in architecture and design decisions
Mentor, peer review, and support other developers
Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases
Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
Design, update, and configure Service Portal / Employee Center layouts, widgets and menus
Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow as needed
Perform operational administrative tasks, as needed
Assist with report configuration and maintenance, as needed
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the three or more of the modules listed above
Experience working in an Agile environment
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting
Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow development best-practice processes, procedures, and governance
Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more of the above modules
Experience with migration from Service Portal to Employee Center
Experience with ServiceNow AI implementation
Experience with Virtual Agent conversations and integrations
