Develop the architecture for SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement (CE), including extensions and customizations
Lead and manage development teams: take technical ownership of projects and contribute your experience in code reviews, design decisions and best practices
Integrate Service Cloud V2 with other SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, BTP
CPI) and third-party systems
Create solution concepts, prototypes (POCs) and roadmaps
Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer: mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security and operations
Support pre-sales activities: assist in preparing architecture proposals, effort estimates and presentations for customers
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Software Architect, Lead Developer or Solution Architect, ideally with a focus on SAP cloud and CRM solutions and experience in the utilities sector
Deep knowledge of SAP Service Cloud V2 (standard functionality, APIs, extension mechanisms)
Experience with SAP Customer Engagement / SAP CX; experience in the utilities domain is a plus
Solid experience with cloud architectures, in particular SAP BTP
CPI, microservices, API design and system integrations
Strong programming skills (e.g., Java, Node.js or similar platforms)
Experience with project management
Very good German and good English language skills
