Provide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specifications.
Work closely with the technical support team to ensure a seamless transition between the pre-sales and post-sales teams, and the successful implementation of our solutions.
Participate in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions and seminars.
Write white papers and become a true expert on Genetec solutions.
Provide technical feedback from the field to upstream Product Management teams.
Implement complex software solutions.
Travel 30-40% of the time.
Requirements
Engineering degree in electronics, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
At least 8 years' professional experience in roles requiring regular exchanges with customers or partners, if possible in a technological environment with links to the security field.
Initial experience in a pre-sales role in an innovative IT or security company.
Excellent oral presentation skills.
Excellent analytical and incident resolution skills.
Knowledge of the security market.
Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
Experience in the security field in the local region.
Experience as a security system installer or commissioner and as a system integrator.
