Role Overview
- Supporting day to day client-facing communications for agency-wide influencer campaigns
- Responsible for the overall health and KPI tracking on programs in real-time
- Developing influencer casting criteria
- Proactively suggesting updates and enhancements to influencer team processes
- Supporting junior team development and training
- Facilitating client content review and ensuring materials are client-ready
- Supporting whitelisting initiatives and managing the process
- Leading reporting efforts by inputting influencers into Tagger, tracking influencer posts, and creating campaign reporting documents
Requirements
- Strong reporting skills
- Knowledge of influencer marketing
- Ability to manage client communications
- Experience with KPI tracking and influencer casting
- Proficiency in content review
